Self - actualised is a quality which everyone cannot implement. In psychology, Abraham Maslow proposed five needs. Self - actualisation includes in higher needs.

Self - actualised person is the state of something more than self - esteem. Self - actualised person only fulfil basic needs and donate the rest. Even they have lot but they believe to live simply.
