Angle A=Angle D,
Angle B=Angle E and,
Angle C=Angle F
Also,
Side AB=Side DE,
Side BC=Side EF and,
Side AC=Side DF
Therefore, when these two triangles are cut and placed on each other they cover each other exactly.
