As we know the air Is a fluid in order to levitate the ball pressure is required by the system here by the fluid air from hair dryer the more the surface area the less the pressure is required hence the same mass having different surface area would be different cause pressure is given by force per area.. Difficult to lift small balls of same mass as compared to big ones
