It means brave or daring in Japanese..
According to me, the correct word is Madara...

niakassa: ya...
niakassa: its supposed to be uchia madra.

It's madara not madarada
From what I've read Madara means Brave. So in Naruto Shippuden Madara's name would be Brave Uchiha.

Although it means "brave" in Japanese, madara also means humiliation in Turkish even though these two languages belong to the same language group madara means two different things for them. And we can see the Turkish meaning is more proper as Hashirama arrives and humuliates Madara in the manga series.
