what does meaning being an indian in true sense

   Indian means being a part of the country "India".  Being Indian means respecting the law, flag and constitution of India.  A true Indian is proud of the great heritage in terms of culture. Indians are proud of achievements, innovations, great philosophy, world's largest epics, rich Sanskrit language and so on.

  A true Indian wishes for the progress of India in the highly competitive world of 21st century.  The feeling of togetherness and being Indian is seen when Indians support their athletes playing or performing.

  Respecting our own language and speaking that is being Indian. Respecting woman and respecting elders is an Indian attribute. Having religious faith in Hinduism or other contemporary religions and living harmoniously with others is being Indian.

   Although fellow Indians are backward, ignorant and poor, supporting their cause and helping them is being a true Indian.  Respecting the great freedom fighters, great musicians, scholars, dancers and scientists of ancient India and modern India is being Indian.

   Being proud of speaking in Indian languages and promoting our rich celebrations of festivals is really being Indian.
