Mental Health :-

Mental health refers to your mind stability,processing and output storage. If you are able to live peacefully in your life and think for ur present without worrying your past or future. Tension free and out of worries then ur considered mentally stable.

Mental Stability is the most important aspect or synerio of life as this decides not only your present as well a factor of your future. So being mental stable reduces risk of health problems.

Thereby,

mental stabilty tells that how independent you are in your present and can think freely.
