Que. What does negative voltage mean on a multimeter?

Ans :- If you reverse which terminals of the battery the multimeter is attached to it will show as negative voltage. The electron flow to the multimeter was reversed so the voltage shows negative. So Positive and Negative refer to the direction the electrons flow in the wires.
