it state that torque is directly proportional to the rate of change of angular momentum

The acceleration of an object as produced by a net force is directly proportional to the magnitude of the net force, in the same direction as the net force, and inversely proportional to the mass of the object......but u have problem to read it difficult then simply remember Force is directly proportional to product of mass and acceleraation.....ie F=ma  in physics language
