Exothermic reactions are reactions that release energy into the environment in the form of heat Eg - reaction that releases energy in any form (e.g., light, sound, heat)
An endothermic reaction occurs when a greater amount of energy is required to break the existing bonds in the reactants than is released when the new bonds form in the products. Eg - photosynthesis

Any type of reaction that produce energy is called exothermic reaction . Like respiration during this process energy is produce . Like burning of coal is also a exothermic reaction.
Endothermic reaction are those reaction which absorb energy like the process of photosynthesis
In this process green plant absorb the sun light energy.
