for example- 1.there are many scientists who are trying find out medicine to many diseases that were incurable in the past times.
2. also the farmers are cultivating the crops on their fields which we eat. so he or she is also a resource
this is called human resources
we can improve this by providing education to more and more people this process is called human resource development.
