what does QC in the middle represents?

It is a 100 km grid system in topo in which the territory that is surveyed is divided into each 100 * 100 km grids, each grid donated by letters like QC, QD, LY

it is not that important and not there in the syllabus though, so you need not worry about it :)

girishmanju: actually for a grid system QC should be immediately followed by QD . But in this case it is in middle. So can u please help me with it
