- In today's world, a business firm needs to do something for society as well. It is very difficult to create a good brand image without doing anything for society. The society also expects that the business firm would do something rather than just earning profits.
- The quality of the products should be credible and the rate should be fair. The wages and the salaries of the employees should be fair at all levels.
- A businessman should not cheat their customers in order to earn some quick money.
