Rule of law means that all persons are equal before law and law cannot discriminate between the person on the basis of their religion.caste or gender. It also means that all laws apply equally to all the people of the country and no one can be above the law. Rule of Law in democracy implies equality before law.
  • Every individual no matter whatever position he or she holds are treated equally in the eyes of law. No discrimination is made among people on legal grounds.
