What does salarino mean when he says"my winds cooling my Broth"?

the literal meaning of the given line------
here salarino is just giving an example that his wind (from his mouth) which cools his soup would blow him with with fever ...
he has said these lines just to console antonio and try to reason out the reason of his sadness.
