Shylock thinks that Antonio as his enemy because every time when he used to meet Shylock at Rialto, he used to spat on him, kill him and call him a dog. There were many more things which proved Shylock's and Antonio's enviness towards each other. And that is the only reason which lead to the Trial Scene in the later course of the play.
