what does stem transport to leaves and why ? ​

Answer:

  1. Stem have Conducting Cells i.e. Xylem, Phloem.
  2. Xylem Conducts water and minerals from soil to root , root to stem & Stem to leaves .
  3. Leaves need water ( H2O) for Photosynthesis.
