What does sync mean?

Hi. Sync means to relate data over an account over different devices. A common example is that you open google chrome in your phone with your account logged in and then, you bookmark a webpage in ABC folder. Now, if you open chrome on a laptop and log in to chrome, your bookmark in ABC folder will show up there too. Now, if you bookmark a page on your PC and then open chrome in your phone, the other bookmark will show up there also. Hope it helps.
