Plague is a disease caused by the rats. sometimes it assumes the form of an epidemic. In 1903,the modern part of Hanoi was stuck by bulonic plague. The main cause of this was increasing of rats in sewerge which were laid out in the french part of Hannoi to keep the city clean.
