The cell wall of fungi is very good clue for the anti-fungal drugs and medicines.
It's cell wall is made up of.
Chitin
Glucans
Glycoproteins
There is strong evidence that the chitin, glucans and glycoproteins are covalently cross-linked together and that the cross-linking is a dynamic process that occurs extracellularly.

Hey there!
Here is your answer.....
_____________________________
Fungi are heterotrophic eukaryotic organisms. Some of them use decaying organic material as food and are therefore called saprotrophs and some are parasites also.
They have cell walls made of a tough complex sugar called Chitin but some lower fungi have their cell wall made up of a tiny portion of cellulose.
Examples are: Yeasts (Saccharomyces), Molds (Penicillium) and Mushrooms (Agaricus).
