● Explanation -
Enol form of acetone is formed by following reaction.

CH3-CO-CH3 → CH2=C(OH)-CH3

When enol form of acetone is treated with D2O, OH-group is replaced by OD-group.

CH2=C(OH)-CH3 + D2O → CH2=C(OD)-CH3 + DOH
