The motion of an object if its speed-time graph is a straight line parallel to the time axis.

Because, the speed of the object is not changing with time it means the object shows the uniform motion.

So, the object is moving with uniform speed.

Answer:

Speed or velocity is plotted on the Y-axis. A straight horizontal line on a speed-time graph means that speed is constant. It is not changing over time. A straight line does not mean that the object is not moving!
