"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings: Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!"

This line expresses his arrogance and pride. He also boasts about all the works he had done and mocks the poor people.

But as we move to the end of the poem, we see that now, at present none of his works are existing and his arrogance had been humbled by time...
