What does the outside of the glass with ice cubes feel like?

If a container with ice cubes kept at room temperature, we can notice droplets of water around the surface of glass. This is because when the coldness of container gets in contact with atmospheric temperature, condensation takes place, leading all the warm environment around the glass to be cold and in form of water droplets.
