By 'ending doom' the poet means the last day of the world when God will judge everyone's actions and send them either to heaven or hell depending upon their good or bad deeds. Here the poet is saying that his friend's memory and praise will live in the eyes of the coming generations until the doomsday. When God will judge him, he will find the deeds of his good memories in the eyes of successive generations, and immortalize him by sending him to heaven.
