by this he mean that he was bewitched by the golden daffodils growing by the side of the lake. their beauty thrilled him so much that he could not turn his eyes from them. the sight of the charming daffodils filled him with boundless joy.
the beautiful scene which filled the poet with boundless joy did not give him any material benefit. he was benefited only emotionally. he felt spiritually elevated or exalted. he did not became wealthy in terms of money.
