MY DEAR HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

Head is held high’ indicates that we should not be ashamed of ourselves. Rather we should be proud of our country, for what we have. A sense of self-dignity is what we need to enjoy our freedom fully. And In this line the poet refers to his dream of the nation where people would be able to claim their self respect .he talks about how one must should not bow is head in shame or fear he should proudly hold himself straight.
