Explanation:

There are three separations of power:

The legislative

Executive

Judiciary

the legislative makes the laws and the executive implements them.

The judiciary is an independent body.

now due to this separation of powers, there is no interference. for ex. The legislative cannot interfere in the work of the executive or the judiciary.

the judiciary is independent and no one can force the body to take decisions. the government also cannot interfere in the judiciary nor can they force the judge of the Supreme Court to take decisions in favor of them.

the judiciary can also strike down certain bills or laws which they find inappropriate or it violates the rules of their Constitution.

This is known as judicial review

hope it helps you
