Answer:

In this narrative poem, the poet brings out the idea that is essential for every creature. He conveys this message to the readers through a story of an ant and a cricket. The ant spends all its summer saving for the future. The cricket sings and dances happily in the summer.

Answer:

It conveys from the lesson is that  " if we enjoy today then we will surely suffer tomorrow" as in the poem the cricket just sung day and night in the summer but the ants did work day and night. So now, in the winter the cricket is dying of hunger.

Usually the characters in fables are animals. This poem also teaches us a very important moral lessons of being industrious like an ant. It also teaches us we should not be like the cricket. This poem is about a cricket (an insect), who found himself in trouble as the winter season arrived.

hope it helps
