The term Right to Equality stated in the constitution says that all citizens of India are equal to others irrespective of caste, colour, gender, ethnicity etc.
For example, A hotelier doesn't allow a black man to rent a room in the hotel. Therefore, the black man can file a case in a court of law regarding this.
