What does the value Empty mean? Explain giving a suitable example.

Value empty means that the cell does not consist of anything at all. It can be any type of database, a variation of value empty can be seen.

It is not the same as zero but most of the times it is treated as zero.  In general, it implies that the information cannot be found.
