ARTICLE 15: Article 15 prohibits the state from discriminating any citizen on ground of any religion, race, caste, place of birth or any of them. 

ARTICLE 16: Article 16 gives the guarantee of equality of opportunity in matters of public employment.

ARTICLE 17:In Article 17 Untouchability is abolished and its practice in any form is forbidden The enforcement of any disability arising out of Untouchability shall be an offence punishable in accordance with law.

ARTICLE 46: Article 46 of the Constitution states that, "The State shall promote, with special care, the education and economic interests of the weaker sections of the people, and, in particular of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, and shall protect them from social injustice and all forms of social exploitation."
