What does "think lightly of yourself and deeply of the world." this mean?

this expression means that you should not take everything which happens around you lightly you should give everything a second thought and maybe even a third . when it comes to yourself though, you should believe in yourself and do what you heart and mind feels right(does not mean you do not have to think about the consequences of your deed).
