I will approach this picture in two ways :
First Approach
This is an overview how media fools us. In every second day a unique person comes and say that they would bring a change. But change is not something to be bought by them. A person keeps on resting in his chair , and on the other hand people are raising there voice like maniac and a saying that a change will come. Democracy , unity , secularism , equality are now just a thing to say. And still nothing happens.
Second Approach
There is second approach. The person in picture is sleeping with his eyes closed without caring for what is happening in the world. He is not a responsible citizen. He just wants to sit back and relax while on the other hand it is being thought of progress but the question dwells - How could a progress happen while you keep your eyes closed?
