The total chromosomes present in humans are 23 pair that is 46 in total.

When their is transferring of DNA ,the gametes contains 23 chromosomes and the fusion gives 46in total. As the traits in case of pea plant (Mendel Experiment) the first generation show the traits similar to parents or there is no change in the formation of DNA.

The total chromosomes are equal in number, therefore they aren't dominant or recessive.
