First, lets us see what will happen if the both cases are true.

Case I:

AxB = 0

|A|.|B| cosθ = 0

θ = π /2

Case II:

A.B = 0

|A|.|B| sin θ = 0

θ = 0

So, if both the cases are true then both of the vectors will be parallel and perpendicular with each other at the same time, which is not possible.

Hence, it is not possible for AxB and A.B both to be zero.
