what dough if left in the open ,atera few days ,starts to emit a foul smell and becomes unfit for use ? Give reason​

because dough is make by microorganisms called yeast and when it is placed in open the microbes called Rhizopus obtained it's food from dough it released some harmful secerated enzymes. therefore after few days it's start smelling bad and becomes unfit for use
