what dough if left open, after few days starts to emit a foul smell and become unfit for use. give reason

becoz of the action of air which basically contain diffrent kind of microorganismssss so air also contain water vapours and dough is already a food item mixed with water soo it provides a proper place for microoganism to act upon this happens becoz of oxidation of food ...
