Hawking had a condition called Neuron disease. This, therefore, took him by surprise, and he taught that his dream of becoming successful was short-lived. He questioned himself as to why this had to happen to him. He felt devastated and taught he would never achieve all that he wanted to attain since most people with the condition only lived to a maximum of 5 years. However, Hawking lived up to 50 years of age since his diagnosis while young.
