Role of INA  and Subhas Chandra Bose :

INA stands for Indian National Army .

(i) In February , 1944 the INA captured Mowdok , near Chittagong.

(ii) They marched and advanced up to the frontier of India .

(iii) They captured Klang Klang , another important checkpoint.

(iv) The INA raised the tri-colour flag on March 19, 1944 .

(v) The INA put up a tough fight with the British.

(vi) They set up an inspiring example of patriotism for the country.

(vii) Their sacrifices hence helped India to gain Freedom !
