Options A and B are correct.

Smallpox which was contracted from Europeans and Africans, was supposed to have led to the large-scale deaths of Native Americans. Nearly 95% of the Native American population was decimated due to smallpox. It spread to other continents and caused wide-spread deaths throughout the world.

One can assume that smallpox in America, lead to deaths among European colonists and also resulted in defeat of the Native Americans.
