CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING AND ROADS AVOID OR STOP PERCOLATION OF WATER. AS THE BUILDINGS ARE CONSTRUCTED ON THE SOIL, THEY DON'T GET AREA TO ABSORB WATER, WHEN WATER IS NOT ABSORBED THEN THERE IS NO WAY OF PERCOLATION AND DECREASES GROUND WATER LEVEL. HENCE, IN THIS WAY THEY AFFECT WATER TABLE.
