What effect does the greenhouse effect have on the earth's surface temperature?

Greenhouse is good. In the absence of an atmosphere, Earth,s Surface Temperature would be about 18℃ or 0°F, which is way too cold for life.

Due to greenhouse effects earth,s temperature regularly increases by which Earth is Warmer and also the level of harmful gases like, CO2, Methane, Nitrous Oxide, also increases which is very hardik for us and also for environment.
