Technological efforts - Improvement of techniques in the extraction of ores, so as to make the process affordable and easy

2. Reuse - instead of always mining the ores, scrap metals and such recyclable metals can be use to preserve the mineral resources

3. Dependence - there is a neccessesity to reduce our dependence on the non-renewable resources, because if not then it will leave the social and economic  development of the country in stagnant form.
