this is khushi....
lots of efforts were made To preve2caesar frm going to the capital ,some of them are...
Calphurnia is Caesar's wife. In II.ii, she is concerned about the bad omens, which she frankly admits she has never put much credence in before this time. When Calphurnia gets on her knee to Caesar, she temporarily succeeds in persuading him to remain at home. She offers to let Caesar use her anxiety as an excuse for not going to the Capitol.
Caesar gives in to Calpurnia. He agrees to stay home to please her. Then Decius, one of the conspirators, ridicules Caesar for giving in to his wife's fears. He makes Caesar feel foolish for giving in to his wife's pleas bt Caesar ignored all the pleas of his beloved wife..
At last he made to die...
hope this helps!!!

a no. of efforts were made to prevent Caesar from going to the Capitol. first, calpurnia asked Caesar not to move out as he had dreamt his statue with hundreds of spouts in it, through which streams of blood flowed out, and many Roman's came smiling and bathed their hands in it.
secondly, calpurnia told Caesar the unusual things the watchman had last night. a lioness had given birth in the streets, graves had opened and threw their deeds out, etc. she said it all indicated danger to Caesar's life. so, she asked him not to go out that day. thirdly, priests also advised him not to go out that day.
