What elements does ink contain?
any element banned by the government?

 ink is a pigment dispersion (particles suspended, but not dissolved) or colorant solution, in water or other organic fluids, plus some additives
Pigment inks are divided into: 
- non-organical: the most known are white (ceruse [plumb carbonate], zinc white [zinc oxyde], chalk); yellow (chrome yellow [plumb chromate]); red (iron); cyanical (Prussian blue [iron-cyanide]); green (copper arseniate); black (carbon black; 
- metal dust (gold ink is tin sulphate dust);
