In the poem "Tiger In The Zoo'', the tiger is not able to express it's energy,abiliity,power and it's body in the zoo but when the tiger was in jungle he was showing his whole ability and he terrorised the villagers with his long claws.

So,his whole ability is behind the bars of the zoo.
