What event finally caused the U.S. to enter World War I?

Hi there,

Apparently the U.S had a Unrestricted Submarine Warfare that eventually reached to Germany and then there was a French ship that sank unexpectedly and I am thinking that they blamed the U.S for it and so we enter World War I
