What exactly is Aadhar Card? What is the purpose of linking Aadhar to bank accounts, sim cards? Is it really necessary? Or is it a fraud? Does it violates Fundamental Rights???

Aadhar is a unique 12 digit no. alloted by Indian government to its citizens.
