Being honest dude, before your answer i wasn't aware of the word 'Deja vu', but yeah, i searched it and i'm quite amazed by results, i have literally experienced it many times but events were like s big that even i myself thought it's just a misunderstanding but now i don't feel like that.
One of the most memorable moment is that i was watching a south movie with my friends and i said i have already watched it, change the movie, let's see another when, so they asked me when, i told i guess 2-3 years back and all of a sudden they fr.eaked out and started making my fun as it was released just few weeks ago.. :-/
There are many other moments too.

Deja vu can be of 2 types,
- Pathological - a correspondence to mental health issues
- General Deja vu - the one that healthy people have
Phycologists say that, people with mental health issues have this deja vu times, where they feel as if they have already done the work in the past. This can be corelated to epilepsy and or Hallucinations.

To address the supernatural aspects {opinions}, i am not the person to speak as i am not a beliver in supernatural activities.
But the thought of Pareral universes is quite intersting, but not in the way that all are connected, there might be different me , different you, or... there ycould be a world where we all dont exist.
But.. we cant do much about it, we cant send energy out or get energy into this world.. so we cant say much
