Aim: To show that water exerts pressure

Materials Required: A bottle, a rubber sheet, some water

Procedure: Take a bottle. Cut the bottom of it. Cover the bottom of the bottle with a rubber sheet. Now pour water inside the bottle.

Observation: You may notice that the rubber sheet will bulge.

Conclusion: With this experiment you can prove that water exerts pressure downwards
